Subject: Housing vs Water Supply

Comment: The Plan Bay Area fails to recognize that Marin residents do not want high density housing for low income people imported from other Counties.  Local residents are not given any rights to apply in advance of non-local residents.  This is patently wrong. That i why Plan Bay Area is an unwelcome mandate forced upon voters who have no voice in this horrible mandatory slum creating system.
