Public Invited to Plan Bay Area 2040 Public Hearings in San José and Vallejo
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) are holding public hearings in San José (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library, Room 225, 150 E. San Fernando Street) on Tuesday, May 16, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and in Vallejo (Vallejo Naval and Historical Museum, Hall of History, 734 Marin Street) on Thursday, May 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The public is invited to these hearings to comment on the Draft Plan Bay Area 2040, the region’s long-range transportation and housing roadmap; the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Plan Bay Area 2040; the Draft Transportation-Air Quality Conformity Analysis for Draft Plan Bay Area 2040; and Amended 2017 Transportation Improvement Program.
