Public Hearing: Draft Plan Bay Area 2050+ and Draft Environmental Impact Report

MTC and ABAG will hold three (3) public hearings to receive oral testimony and written comments about the Draft Plan Bay Area 2050+ and the Plan Bay Area 2050+ Draft Environmental Impact Report. Each public hearing is composed of two distinct hearings; the first hearing is focused on the Draft Plan document, Implementation Plan, and Supplemental Reports, and the second hearing is focused on the Draft Environmental Impact Report. All public hearings will be held in a hybrid format, giving the public the option to participate either remotely or in person. Copies of the Draft Plan and the Draft EIR are on file with the Clerk of the Board of MTC and open to public inspection at: https://planbayarea.org/DraftPlan and https://planbayarea.org/2050/environmental-impact-report-eir. Should you require a hard copy of the draft plan, please submit your request to info@bayareametro.gov or call (415) 778-6757 and one will be mailed to you.

The meeting will be conducted in person and will be accessible via webcast, teleconference and Zoom for all participants.
